Your device will be listed by default with the same name that listed in Device Manager or something similar. Below it, for Default Device the IO Camera you are using will appear. Here you will want to set the Capture Card to: Standard Windows Driver Model Device. Under Device Properties, click on the Video button. Please contact Patterson Technology Center for further assistance. This means that the IO Camera driver is installed. If you see the device listed under Imaging Devices and there are no warning symbols on the device proceed to next step. You can also open by typing in 'device manager' in the search bar on the start menu if you are on a Windows 10 PC.
The camera will appear properly in Device Manager.
