Maybe that randomization will get rid of it.
the best I could suggest is figuring out which mod is the cause and emailing the people who made the mod. If you super want to keep this kid and just make the marks go away, restart the game with all mods off, save the household (either into the gallery, or play like a few seconds in-game and save), and turn mods back on doing this should erase it. Depending on how many mods you have, you could try turning them on and off until you find the one that makes the marks disappear.
